I discuss the results from our “HSP and Addiction” twitter poll (the results surprised me!), and I talk about concept of “The Undervalued Self”, which is based on a book by Dr. Elaine Aron. I also share the results of my “Undervalued Self” test and how it helped me gain greater insight into how being a highly sensitive person has affected me over the years.
